  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Boiling water (2/3 cup)

Then Proceed as:

The ingredients are mixed together and then microwaved for around 30 seconds. Then you wait until the mixture has cooled to a comfortable temperature before you can drink. Ela Gale advices to take it early in the morning or just before you sleep for better metabolism boosting results. During that time the stomach is empty and thus it helps in giving a helping hand to other health eating practices.
