Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe


  • 1 package cake mix (Devil’s Food)
  • 12/3 cup Canola oil
  • 4 ounce (instant chocolate) pudding mix package
  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Three eggs

How to:

Combine the cake mixture, eggs, water and oil in a bowl.  For 30 seconds, beat on low speed. Beat for an additional 2 minutes on medium speed.

Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker (4 qt).In a different bowl, whisk the pudding mix and milk for 3 minutes or till soft.

Spoon over the cake butter and sprinkle the chocolate chips.

Cover up and let it cook for about 3 hours on high heat. Insert a toothpick in the cake; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready. Serve warm.
